Its extra-thick multi-layer base distributes heat quickly and evenly, making it ideal for high-temperature searing followed by gentle braising. Vegetable dishes are prepared just as effortlessly, allowing their full flavour to develop. The safety glass lid lets you monitor the cooking process at any time without lifting the lid.
The braising pot is crafted from rustproof stainless steel and features heat-insulated handles for comfortable and secure handling. The practical internal measuring scale allows liquids to be measured directly inside the pot. It is suitable for all hob types, including induction, oven-safe, and can be conveniently cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
